PL Osada w Jankowicach, stan. 9, pow. Jarosław jest pierwszym osiedlem ludności kultury ceramiki sznurowej badanym wykopaliskowo w strefie lessowej wschodniego Podkarpacia. Odkryto tam dwie jamy osadowe. W pierwszej z nich zarejestrowano jedynie fragmenty kości zwierzęcych, w drugiej stosunkowo liczne fragmenty ceramiki tej kultury. Oba obiekty datowano metodą radiowęglową a ceramikę dodatkowo poddano analizie mikroskopowej.

EN The settlement at Jankowice, Site 9, in the Jarosław District, represents the first settlement of the Corded Ware Culture (CWC), which has been systematically excavated in the loess zone of Eastern Podkarpacie, Poland. Two settlement pits were discovered at the site. The first pit yielded only fragments of animal bones, while the second contained an abundant collection of pottery fragments characteristic of the aforementioned culture. Both features were radiocarbon dated, and the pottery was also subjected to microscopic analysis.
